A STARTUP Guide?— Not at all ! But rather as the title says - a ‘cookbook’; essentially focusing on the direction taken throughout various parts of the career and ‘ingredients’ stating what was required to fulfil steps.
All ABOUT WORK?— Lol, no. One of the reasons to portray my work like this is to showcase myself as a cultural enthusiast. My interests range from reading mangas and books to theatre, music, and movies. I also hold a strong passion for football, cricket, and boxing too! (Plus, obviously I like cooking.)
What urged me to represent
my work as a cookbook?
As an Operations Strategist, I specialize in guiding startups through their most critical inflection points - navigating the shift from chaos to clarity, from growth to consolidation, and toward sustainable dominance. Over the past five years, I’ve worked across early to growth-stage ventures, architecting operational systems that not only scale but evolve with the company.
Formerly at OWLED, one of India’s fastest-growing creative agencies, I helped build the operational backbone - implementing bandwidth tracking, refining team structures, and creating process-driven cultures to support scale across 100+ creatives and strategists.
Now, I’m building Builtattic: a design-tech venture reimagining how architectural services and spatial products are consumed in India. Combining my CEPT background in design and systems thinking with entrepreneurial execution, Builtattic represents my vision for a platform that merges creative freedom with operational structure -enabling the built environment economy to transact faster, smarter, and more transparently.
From early product-market fit to legacy-stage optimization, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling - translating chaos into momentum, and vision into executable blueprints. Rooted in Central India and now based in Bangalore, I bring both macro thinking and hands-on grit to every problem I solve.
